BARUZZI SALDATURE carries out several kind of weldings for third parties for fashion and design
- TIG welding
- brazing
- induction welding
TIG welding
Tig Welding (Tungsten Inert Gas) is used to make weldings of materials such as stainless steel. Thanks to shielding gas, this kind of welding keeps the air away from the melting bath, the electrode and the end of the welding stick, preventing contamination; it also protects the weld seam during its formation and its cooling after oxidation, ensuring optimal quality of the welded joint.
Brazing
Brazing enables the joining of almost all metals and allows to create resistant and elastic welded joints. Brazing is a fundamental process for heterogeneous joints where the welding parts are made of several metals with a different fusion point. Unlike autogenous welding, brazing doesn’t bring basic materials to fusion, because they are warmed up at a lower temperature than their melting point. Therefore only filler material is fused and temperatures shall be between 650° and 800° C.
Induction welding
Electromagnetic induction welding is carried out with the help of modern machinery which allow to weld different kind of metals and to realise welded joints in short time and precisely. The workpiece is brought to welding temperature through the electromagnetic induction principle. This welding system is formed by an induction coil which produce a high frequency electromagnetic field (High Frequency Induction Welding).
